Disseminating Results to the Different Audiences (IRR SP05AB9) -

ONLINE GUIDE TOWARDS

INCLUSIVE RESPONSIBLE RESEARCH

RESEARCH GROUP CODE: SP05AB9

University Jaume I “Ética Práctica y Democracia” (Practical Ethics and Democracy)

TYPE OF BEST PRACTICE:

DESCRIPTION:

Its current European H2020 project aims to design an ethical code for research that can be applied from any area of research, taking into account ethical and responsibility issues (social justice, sustainability, etc.). It is aimed at people involved in training at a general level, e.g. within business or health organisations (for-profit and not-for-profit).

Its mobilisation practice is in the dissemination phase, through the creation of and participation in congresses, in which the research group and the organisations with which they collaborate participate jointly, with the aim of sharing and contrasting knowledge. Subsequently, they carry out training sessions on the results, for example, the annual conferences, «Democracy Today», where the studies carried out are generalised in order to generate an ethical culture. The audience is usually university students, although it is open to everyone.

The mobilisation of knowledge is carried out using different dissemination channels, scientific journals, its own website and its active profile on social networks (Facebook and Twitter), where they share their own content and that of other scientific fields.  Their main objective is to transform the environment, not only at the regulatory level (to produce guidelines, for example), but also to change ethical aspects in organisations, environments and institutions.
